At Chilmoo, each piece is carefully selected and thoughtfully prepared.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item is returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers may request a return directly from their order page within the eligible return window.
All return requests are subject to review and approval before items are sent back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom items

Items from designated final-sale collections
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.
After verification, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
