Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

At this time, Chilmoo ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

 


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Chilmoo cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
